PROCESS

The Rally by the Sea registration process strives to be as simple as possible while giving you the utmost flexibility to customize your visitor experience.  

STEP 1 – Complete the online registration form
STEP 2 – Pay the registration fee when invoiced which is shortly after you complete the registration form
STEP 3 – Pay the campsite fee when invoiced which is typically in February
 
 

REGISTRATION FEE

Unfortunately, to minimize the number of cancellations, mitigate risk and ensure that sufficient funds are available for Rally by the Sea fixed costs, a non-refundable registration fee of $25 Canadian/person needs to be collected from each van at registration.  Registration is not complete until this fee is paid.

INVOICING

For convenience and transparency, any funds requested from Rally participants will be through invoices which can be paid by credit card or cheque.

The Rally by the Sea 2026 is currently SOLD OUT … please complete the Registration Form to get your name on the wait list for a campsite.  You will not be invoiced until a spot is secured for you at the rally.

DISCLAIMER - The term “Rally Participant” shall include any person attending or participating in the Rally by the Sea. The term “Released Parties” shall include the Rally by the Sea Incorporated and any rally coordinators, directors, officers, employees, and volunteers associated with Rally by the Sea. The “Rally Participant” hereby voluntarily and expressly agrees to accept and assume any and all risks of registering, attending, participating in a group rally including all organized and unorganized events. This acceptance of risks includes but is not limited to, the risks of death, injury, illness and property loss or damage. The "Rally Participant" also acknowledges that they are solely responsible for protecting themselves from COVID or any other infectious disease and the "Rally Participant" agrees that any liability for any illness or medical issue that may arise is the sole responsibility of the "Rally Participant". The “Rally Participant” hereby releases and discharges the “Released Parties” from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising from any action by the Rally by the Sea Incorporated, whether or not caused by any act or omission of the “Released Parties”. The “Rally Participant” further expressly agrees that the above Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
